Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer may be looking for silverware after bringing in Jadon Sancho - but that move will not force Daniel James out the door at Old Trafford.
The Wales forward has shown glimpses of his ability since joining from Swansea back in 2019, making 33 Premier League appearances in 2019/20 but only 15 during 2020/21.
With Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial both options on the wing for Solskjaer, the arrival of Sancho has left James' chances of getting regular starts looking rather bleak.Leeds meanwhile have been interested in the 23-year-old in the past, and he was even snapped holding up a shirt of theirs before a £10m transfer fell through in early 2019.
