Manchester United have secured the signature of teenage goalkeeper Radek Vitek from Czech side Sigma Olomouc. Vitek, 16, is set to join United on scholarship terms in July.
The Red Devils, who tracked Vitek throughout 2019, agreed a deal to sign the young stopper in January. However, they have had to wait to formally complete a deal.
Now Vitek, who stands at 6ft 5in, admits that putting pen to paper on a deal with United, is a dream come true. "It’s a surreal feeling, a move to Manchester United is the dream of a lot of guys who start playing football," he told the Czech club's official website. "I’m really looking forward to it.
