Manchester United are reportedly making good progress in their contract talks with Marcus Rashford and hope to pair him with England teammate Harry Kane next season.
According to the Telegraph, negotiations are 'headed in the right direction' as the club looks to keep the 24-year-old forward at Old Trafford beyond his current deal.
Rashford is out of contract at the end of next season, but he is expected to remain with his boyhood club. It adds that any new deal for Rashford is likely to bring him level with the likes of David de Gea - who is said to be on £375,000-a-week - and the club's other top earners.
Moreover, United are keen for the attacker to line-up alongside Kane, who remains the club's first-choice striker target in the summer.
