His sedentary lifestyle, coupled with poor eating habits that included high sugar intake and no meal planning, left Lynell feeling lethargic and craving a change.
Weighing in at 14st 9lb (95kg), Lynell was inspired by his wife, who had already reaped the benefits of F45 Training, to join his local studio in Mill Hill - and it was here that he set his goal to become the best version of himself and achieve peak physical fitness.
He participated in the 45-minute workout classes, which varied from cardio to strength training. Over time, he began to feel fitter, stronger, and more energetic, reports the Express.
