A man told a police officer that he would 'find him on the dark web' and 'torture his family'. Wayne Parker also kicked out at the constable and racially abused another during a six-hour rampage.
Emergency services were called to Wayne Parker's home in Tyne Court, Worsley, at around 5am on January 31 last year, after he suffered a cut to his eye.
As paramedics attended to him, he was "struggling to stand", "drunk", and "aggressively shouting", prosecution barrister John Richards told Bolton Crown Court.
The 33-year-old was heard to shout “if you come near me I’ll t*** you all” and said "f*** off you slag" to an ambulance worker.
