A man who started a fire at a scrapyard that destroyed a homeless man's shelter has been jailed - eight years after setting fire to a disabled woman's home.
In a "moment of madness" on the night of April 15, 2019, James Bellamy set fire to stacked cars at a scrapyard on Brewery Street in Stockport, opposite the M60.
Out of "kindness" the owner of that scrapyard had let a homeless man, 63, stay in a caravan in the corner of the site for free - giving him a pair of spare keys.
