Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) is a mental health condition marked by an excessively inflated self-regard, an intense need for admiration, and a notable absence of empathy.
Individuals with personality disorders exhibit thoughts, feelings, behaviours, or relational modes that are distinctly divergent from the norm, causing difficulties in daily functioning. Those afflicted with NPD aren't deliberately insensitive or indifferent, but they frequently possess delicate egos, making relationship-building taxing due to their egocentric perspective.A man living with NPD has recently offered insight into a singular question that he believes could be revealing of the disorder in others.
Jacob Skidmore, recognised as The Nameless Narcissist online and hailing from Ohio in the United States, produces content reflecting his life with NPD.Sharing his personal journey with his 200,000 followers in a new video, Skidmore exclaimed: "I would put money that 80% of narcissists can be identified with this question." Elaborating on his own experiences, the self-aware narcissist stated: "So I'm a diagnosed narcissist and this is a question that was proposed to me by another friend of mine who is a diagnosed narcissist. "And when I heard it, I was like, 'Oh my god, yes!
Finally, somebody said it. Like the answer to this question felt so objectively true to me and I was shocked that finally I met somebody else who can see the reality of things naturally."He elaborated: "Ask them, 'don't you think that there are just objectively better and worse people in the world?" People who are superior and inferior, and the rest of the world just wants to ignore that.
