A 35-year-old man was left with serious injuries after he and his pal were attacked by a group of men in East Kilbride. The two victims, aged 35 and 44, were assaulted in the Lanarkshire town's High Common Road at around 10.35pm on Saturday night.
Police described the incident as an “unprovoked attack” and are now appealing to the public for information.
