Man rushed to hospital after early hours 'street attack' in Aberdeen as three men arrested
dailyrecord.co.ukA man has been rushed to hospital after an alleged early hours street attack in Aberdeen city centre.Mercy crews descended onto Gaelic Lane at 2.25am today, after receiving reports of an assault.
Paramedics attended and on arrival, a 40-year-old man was found injured.He was blue lighted to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment, where his current condition is unknown.
Police have since launched an investigation into the incident and confirmed three men, aged 20, 19 and 18, have been arrested in connection.
Enquiries remain ongoing. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.25am on Sunday, February 19, police were called to a report of a 40-year-old man assaulted in Gaelic Lane, Aberdeen. "The injured man was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and three men aged 20, 19 and 18 years have been arrested in connection with this incident. “They are due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday, February 20.
