A car was flipped onto its roof after a frightening crash. The single-vehicle smash took place in Station Road in Armadale on Saturday night.
Emergency services raced to the scene shortly after 7pm and police closed the road. The driver, a 30-year-old man, was taken to hospital by ambulance, though his current condition is unknown.
He was arrested in connection with alleged road traffic offences. The Daily Record reported that images shared from the scene show the white car spun across both lanes of the road, with an ambulance in the background.
The roof appears badly damaged following the crash. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers were called to a report of a single car crash on Station Road, Armadale, around 7.10pm on Saturday. “A 30-year-old man was taken to hospital by ambulance.“The same man was arrested in connection with road traffic offences.
