A man in his 30s has died after being hit by a car on a dual carriageway near Wigan. Emergency services rushed out to Southway, in Skelmersdale, at around 9.25pm last night (December 26).
Lancashire Police says a Skoda Octavia entered the dual carriageway from the Bone Island junction before it was involved in a collision with the pedestrian.
