Man jailed for stalking former Hollyoaks actress Stephanie Davis
manchestereveningnews.co.ukA stalker who bombarded former Hollyoaks star Stephanie Davis with social media messages, letters and gifts, over a 14-month period has been jailed.
In one seven-page letter, Alex Boston told the 28-year-old that he loved her and claimed that they were in a relationship. Boston, 43, would also bring presents and flowers to her door at night. Boston, of Moreton, Wirral, has now been jailed for 28 weeks and been issued with an indefinite restraining order, banning him from contacting Ms Davis or approaching her home.
Sefton Complex Case Court heard that Boston stalked Ms Davis between April 2020 and July 2021. In a statement read to the court, Ms Davis said: “I can no longer relax or feel safe and secure and feel my safe haven has been violated. “Mentally, this man’s stalking has caused me so much stress, I was struggling to cope. “I was too scared to leave or enter my home.
