The alleged incident happened on Bramhall Park Road in the Bramhall area in broad daylight at around 6pm last Sunday (June 9).
Police said the man exposed himself himself to the female runner as she ran along the road. The man was reportedly standing on the pathway next to the road close to the bridge.
