An inquest heard how a 27-year-old man died two weeks after slipping on a bridge while out walking the dog with his family.Callum Jones sadly passed away in hospital on October 18.
A medical cause of death of pulmonary embolism due to immobility, as a result of a strained tendon from a fall, was given at the inquest, held at Ruthin County Hall in Wales on October 25, reports North Wales Live.Senior coroner, John Gittins, heard that the fall occurred on a rainy day at Loggerheads Country Park on October 3.The coroner heard how Mr Jones was out on a walk with his family and their dog when he slipped on a bridge after the dog pulled on the lead which he was clutching on to at the time.Callum, who was a deputy manager at a Card Factory store,
