Man dies, second requires leg amputation after bacteria-ridden dog 'nipped' them

A man has died and his brother-in-law lost both legs after the pair were nipped by a dog which had harmful bacteria in its mouth.

Heartbroken Pauline Day, 62, has told how the "big softie" dog took the life of her brother and left her husband requiring the double amputation after "nipping" them.

The Japanese Akita named Teddy was bought by Pauline's tragic sibling Barry Harris as a pet for £1,500, according to Wales Online.
