Man dies after falling from Salford apartment block
manchestereveningnews.co.ukA man has died after falling from an apartment block in Salford. Police were called to Rolling Street, near Manchester city centre, at around 5.10am this morning (January 18) to reports a man had fallen from a building.
Emergency services rushed to the modern apartment complex but despite the best efforts of paramedics, he was pronounced dead at the scene. No arrests have been made and enquiries are said to be ongoing. The quiet residential street was sealed off on Tuesday morning, with two police vehicles seen guarding each side of the cordon.
Plain clothed officers could be seen conducting door-to-door enquiries nearby, with much of their investigations focusing on a forensic tent inside the cordon.
