A man has denied causing the death of a ‘kind and caring’ dad by dangerous driving. Louie Baguley, 36, is charged with causing death by dangerous driving after Andy Morris, 46, was hit by a SEAT Arona on the A6 Buxton Road, in the Great Moor area of Stockport, in the early hours of February 18 last year.

just click here to give it a go. Appearing at Minshull Street Crown Court today (February 27), Mr Baguley, of Stockport, pleaded not guilty to causing death by dangerous driving.

A trial date was set for July 22 with an estimate of up to five days. Mr Baguley, of Brookhead Drive, was granted unconditional bail and will next appear in court on May 13 for a further case management hearing.
