A man has died after police were called to a 'concern for welfare' at Stockport building site. Officers rushed to the site on The Fairway off Offerton Lane at around 8.30am on Tuesday morning (March 26), Greater Manchester Police said.

A man in his 60s was rushed to hospital, but later sadly died. The force said there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
