Manchester City will scour Europe this summer looking for bargain prospects that can help the first team. The emphasis from the academy recently has been on recruiting top young English talent, with nearly half of the 23 Blues that have represented the national teams at a youth level in the last year having been brought in between the ages of 13 and 16.
