Manchester City may need to add a left-back to their squad this summer following the signing of Erling Haaland. That's according to former City full-back Bacary Sagna, who otherwise believes the Blues are well stock in every position.
Pep Guardiola's side made a head start on the rest of their rivals this summer by announcing they have agreed a deal to sign Haaland before the window has even opened.
The Norwegian sensation will be signed in a deal that is expected to cost the club approximately £86million once agent fees and bonuses are factored in, with the actual transfer fee standing at a bargain £51million.
Haaland has scored a remarkable 86 times in 89 games for Borussia Dortmund and will replace the goals that City lost with Sergio Aguero's departure. "They don't have to target anywhere; they are complete in every position," he told the Manchester Evening News, in association with Bet365. "Maybe Left-back if I had to cover one position.
