Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter and actor. Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

Touaizi arrived at the Etihad in January 2017, in a £315k deal from Valencia, and he soon emerged as one of the brightest forwards in the youth ranks, scoring 14 goals in 29 games in his first full season.
The following campaign he established himself as a regular in the Under-23s side, netting a further 12 goals, but he never saw himself promoted to a squad for a senior match, unlike many of his teammates.The Spaniard only managed four goals last season and the club have now agreed to let him return to.
