Bournemouth were only allowed to have one shot on target during the entire match as Guardiola's side flexed their muscles over the newly promoted south coast team.
Although Erling Haaland was not on the scoresheet this time round, the Norwegian did provide an assist for City's first goal with his first touch of the game as he set up Ilkay Gundogan after just 18 minutes.
