Aguero will bring a trophy-laden decade at Manchester City to an end this summer and will leave the club upon the expiration of his contract.
The Argentine has struggled with injuries this season and hasn't been able to enjoy the farewell tour he deserves as a result, but he did roll back the years in Saturday's 2-0 victory at Crystal Palace.
Aguero broke the deadlock with a stunning half-volley at Selhurst Park, meaning he grabbed the goal which has all but certainly secured the Blues their fifth Premier League title.
