Manchester City are reportedly eyeing a move for Porto goalkeeper Diogo Costa this summer. Speculation has been rife about the future of first-choice shot-stopper Ederson after it emerged that there was interest in his services from the Saudi Pro League.
Backup 'keeper Stefan Ortega signed a new contract until 2026 at the weekend which only served to fuel rumours. It is now understood that City, along with Liverpool and Arsenal, are keeping track of the Portuguese international.
According to the Portuguese newspaper O Jogo, Porto may be forced into a big sale in the summer transfer window and Costa has been earmarked as a candidate to leave. The goalkeeper is protected by a €75m (£63m) release clause so Porto will be keen to sell for no less than that figure. Elsewhere, TeamTalk reports that Pep Guardiola may be looking to sell Matheus Nunes this summer.
