Manchester City defender John Stones has revealed that he has been using the new-found time during lockdown to try and improve aspects of his game.
The Premier League and football across the globe has been brought to a standstill due to the coronavirus pandemic, and with the UK in lockdown City's stars have been unable to train together at the CFA for weeks.
The players have been given their own training regimes to remain as fit as possible for when football finally does return and Stones believes he's getting a lot out of the break from action.
