A man has been arrested and charged in connection with the alleged murder of Kevan Doyle in Wishaw. Police descended on a property at Glencleland Road in the North Lanarksire town at 8.50pm on October 28 after receiving reports of a disturbance.
On arrival, 43-year-old Kevan was found dead at the scene. An investigation was launched into the incident as detectives treated the death as unexplained.
Now, following a post-mortem examination, his death has been confirmed as suspicious and a murder probe is ongoing.Officers investigating the incident have reassured there is no wider threat to the community.
A 46-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection. He is due to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court tomorrow.
