A man has been arrested and charged in connection with an alleged early-hours "disturbance" on a Scots high street.Officers from Police Scotland raced to the incident in Kirkcaldy's town centre in Fife at 1.20am on Saturday, November 16.

Cops confirmed a 27-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection.He is due to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court at a later date.
