Man arrested over 'hit-and-run' death of seven-year-old William Brown

A man has been arrested over the death of tragic schoolboy William Brown. The seven-year-old died after being struck by two cars while trying to fetch his ball when playing with friends.One of the drivers fled the scene, sparking a police manhunt to track him down.
