A man has been arrested after police attended reports of anti-social behaviour in Rochdale town centre today (May 23). Officers were called to Rochdale Interchange on Smith Street around 4pm to the reports of anti-social behaviour.
Witnesses reported seeing a large police presence at the scene. A man was arrested at the scene, police say. They were arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency working and public order offences. "One man has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker and public order offences.
