A man has appeared in court charged with the alleged murder of a mum found dead in her home in Elgin. Kiesha Donaghy, 32, was discovered at the address on Anderson Drive in the Moray town at 7.20pm on November 16.
Detectives ruled that the mum-of-two had suffered a 'violent attack' and subsequently launched a murder probe. A squad of almost 40 officers had been drafted into the search of Kiesha's alleged killer.
More than two weeks on, Owen Grant, 41, has appeared before Elgin Sheriff Court charged with murder.Grant, from Elgin, made no plea.
