A Didsbury man is one of 10 people to have been charged following an attack on a business. Counter Terrorism Policing South East (CTPSE) led an investigation into an alleged incident at defence technology firm Elbit Systems UK, in South Gloucestershire, in the early hours of Tuesday, August 6.

William Plastow, of Highcroft Avenue, has been charged with criminal damage and aggravated burglary. The 33-year-old appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court last Friday (August 16).

He has been remanded in custody ahead of his next appearance at the Old Bailey in London on Friday, September 13. Plastow was one of three defendants to appear in court last Friday in connection with the incident, while a further seven defendants had already been charged.
