A man who failed to appear for trial after being accused of killing his own mother has been found dead in Spain. Sean Flynn was due to appear at the High Court in Scotland charged with murdering Louise Tiffney 19 years ago.
The 38-year-old failed to appear and a warrant for his arrest was issued on Tuesday (October 19). READ MORE: Police release CCTV images after a family-run petrol station was held up at gunpoint According to his solicitor, Flynn was found dead after taking his own life.
In a statement, solicitor Aamer Anwar said he was advised on Friday morning that Flynn “was according to the police found dead in Spain, after taking his own life”.
