Malin Andersson has said she was sexually assaulted by her friend’s boyfriend, which left her feeling “ashamed”. The former Love Islander has been extremely candid about her life experiences to her 740,000 Instagram followers over the years, including about the loss of her daughter and her previous battles with eating disorders.

In light of her releasing her book Positivity is our Superpower last week, Malin, 29, shared an extract from it, where she discusses the moment she woke up to find her friend’s boyfriend on top of her.The extract read: “Although I’ve spoken about past traumas in my lift help other women, there’s one event I’ve never felt able to talk about it."
