Malik Tillman has hinted he’s ready to make his Rangers loan a permanent affair after declaring his love for the Ibrox outfit.The Bayern Munich kid has provided the Light Blues faithful with some of the few positives they’ve been able to cling to amid a dark campaign.
And it hasn’t taken new boss Michael Beale long to identify the 20-year-old USA international as someone he can build his new-look team around.It was Tillman’s staring display against Hibs that inspired the second-half fightback which ensured Steven Gerrard’s former sidekick got off to a winning start.
But even before Thursday’s 3-2 win, Beale had already urged Gers to make the most of their “exclusive option” to buy Tillman.
However, securing the former German youth international’s lasting service from his Bavarian parent club this summer could cost the Ibrox board as much as £6million.But Tillman has given Gers encouragement to push through with a deal after signalling his happiness in Glasgow.
