Mairead Ronan has spoken about her ‘incredibly frustrating’ time with COVID-19 which struck her family twice. The Today FM presenter explained that she had been missing her show after she was tested positive for the infection.
Her husband, Louis, and their two daughters, Bonnie and Eliza, had previously had the illness, and she thought she and her son Dara were ‘immune’.
However, after the rest of her family recovered she and her son were struck down with the illness.
