Taking to Instagram, the 38 year old got involved with the viral trend that sees users change their hair colour using a filter, sharing two side by side images of her brunette hair and her as a blonde. "Brunette v blonde?" she captioned the snaps, asking her 141,000 followers for their thoughts.
While some commenters thought that Marilyse looked great as a blonde, many of her fans were very much in favour of her remaining with her signature brunette hue. "Brunette by a mile," one commented, while a second wrote, "You could do either but brunette compliments your skin tone".
Meanwhile a third said, "Shiny dark looks fabulous on you", while a fourth sounded off with, "Beautiful either way". Of course, Marilyse is far from the only famous face to take part in this social media trend, with Winter Love Island contestant Jessie Wynter sharing a TikTok video using a blonde filter just last week. “Had to jump on the trend,” she captioned the clip alongside the “sassy” emoji, adding, “which do we prefer?!" to gauge her fans' thoughts – which were pretty evenly split between Team Brunette and Team Blonde.
