Married At First Sight UK star Polly Sellman has opened up about her marriage to Adam Nightingale amid fevered speculation that they are still an item to this day.

Viewers are set to find out tonight whether they remained an item with their final vows, but she dropped a series of hefty hints in a post shared on Instagram this afternoon which started: "I can't believe I'm writing this." Polly, who has lost two and a half stone since the show filmed, was speaking ahead of 'final dates' in tonight's episode, and opened up about parts of their marriage that viewers never saw.

She calling their relationship "a roller coaster" but added: "I'd certainly queue again" - and signing off the message with a love heart.

Writing alongside a series of pictures of them together, she said: "I genuinely didn't think we'd get here. It's final dates!
