The most recent episode of Married at First Sight UK saw Peggy and Georges tie the knot but fans were quick to spot the bride was rather familiar. And it didn't take long for viewers to work out where they knew Peggy from Kent from already as they took to social media - although she looks dramatically different from her appearance on another popular dating show.
Peggy appeared on ITV's dating show Take Me Out back in 2012, sporting jet black long locks. Host Paddy McGuinness gave her the nickname 'Picky Peggy' because she often failed to keep her light on for any of the potential suitors.
Aged only 19 at the time, the self-confessed "bubbly and ambitious" blonde did actually find romance on the show as she headed to the Tenerife isle of Fernando's with "soccer-mad" Andrew from Liverpool."When I first saw Peggy she was good looking, my heart was pumping," Andrew said of his date, according to The Tab.
Peggy, who had a noticeably different accent to how she sounds on Married at First Sight, said "words couldn’t describe" how much she fancied Andrew. The pair went on a boat trip where they enjoyed champagne together and shared a kiss. "It just clicked," Peggy said, before saying Andrew "ticked all the boxes." She said she thought she had found Mr Right, but things clearly didn't work out.As we reported, Peggy caught MAFS fans attention thanks to the hilarious reaction of her dad when he found out his daughter was marrying a stranger.
