The Hollywood Reporter has hired Maer Roshan as the trade publication’s Co-Editor-in-Chief, a role he’ll share with Editorial Director Nekesa Mumbi Moody.
THR announced the appointment today, calling it an “augmentation to leadership,” with both Roshan and Moody reporting to Penske Media’s Chief Operating Officer George Grobar.
They’ll be based in Los Angeles, with Roshan beginning in his new role on September 25. Roshan most recently served as Editor-in-Chief at Los Angeles magazine from 2019 until April, steering a major rebrand of the venerable publication.
Before that he served in top editorial positions with such publications as New York magazine, Interview and Talk. He launched and edited Radar, TheFix.com and Punch!
