Following weeks of rumors, it appears Madonna really is set to embark on her next world tour.According to a new report, the career-spanning 40th anniversary tour is going to be her biggest yet - and will include moments of 'outrageous sex appeal' from the 64-year-old legendary singer. 'It's going to be the biggest tour she's ever done,' a mystery executive familiar with the project tells music bible Billboard.
