Madeleine McCann may not be charged despite "concrete evidence", according to reports.German prisoner Christian Brueckner was dramatically unveiled earlier this month.Police believe he was in Praia da Luz, where Maddie was last seen alive, around the time she vanished.Hans Christian Wolters, a German prosecutor, even said they had "concrete evidence" Maddie was dead.But now Mr Wolters appears to have done a U-turn on Brueckner, whose lawyers deny he had any involvement in the case.Wolters told newspaper Braunschweig Zeitung: "You also have to be realistic enough that the investigation may not lead to a charge for the murder of Madeleine McCann.
