Kelly was gushing with his thoughts about what Megan means to him after she previously declared they both 'share the same soul'.
Kelly said that he had waited for an "eternity" to be in the arms of Megan, after her marriage to Brian Austin Green fell apart.
The pair were close friends at that point but it has quickly developed into something more passionate and Kelly can't contain his feelings any longer.
