M&S shopper's review of £10 steak dinner points out meal deal's 'stingy' omission

The cost of living crisis is causing many to tighten their belts and cut back on luxuries like eating out at restaurants.For that reason, shoppers are looking to supermarket meal deals to treat themselves for less cash.

Marks and Spencer is one of the many big retailers that offer themed dinners that come with a main, a side and an extra for a set price.As food prices continue to rise, M&S has brought back a dine-in deal which offers customers two steaks, a side and a sauce of their choosing for just £10.

The bargain launched back in 2008 with 200 million of them selling since their release.Dianne Bourne of Manchester Evening News decided to try it out for herself to see if it lived up to the hype.
