Every so often there’s one designer bag that becomes an A-lister’s must-have accessory, and it seems that Prada’s Cleo Bag, £2400 here, has become one of the it-bags of the year.

With celebrities including Hailey Bieber and Kendall Jenner spotted toting the mini shoulder bag, it's no wonder the minimalist, 90s-inspired style has become synonymous with the quiet luxury trend.

Inspired by an iconic design of the brand from the 1990s, Prada’s coveted Cleo bag is made from brushed leather, with a rounded base and sides and a shoulder-length strap that make it both effortlessly chic and impossibly cool.

Although we can’t stop daydreaming about Prada’s version, we’re probably not going to be shelling out nearly £2.5k any time soon, which means we’ve been on the lookout for an affordable alternative that gives us the same look without breaking the bank.
