Sally Kellerman, known for her role in the "M*A*S*H" film, has died at the age of 84, Fox News Digital can confirm. Kellerman died Thursday morning from heart failure at her home in Woodland Hills, her manager and publicist Alan Eichler told Fox News Digital.
The actress received worldwide fame for her role as Margaret "Hot Lips" Houlihan in the Robert Altman classic. Kellerman received Oscars and Golden Globe nominations for best supporting actress.
