Lyons crime clan associate found dead in jail cell weeks after prison 'attack' by inmate

A senior figure in the Lyons family crime clan has reportedly been found dead in his cell at a Scots jail.A source told the Daily Record that the body of Andy Gallacher is understood to have been discovered by staff at HMP Addiewell in West Lothian on Friday morning.We previously told how the 43-year-old was allegedly attacked by another inmate in August while he was painting a wall within the jail.He reportedly suffered a cut to the top of his head and received two butterfly stitches for the wound.It is understood that Gallacher and his gangland pal Brian Ferguson were both put into isolation following the incident- after his pal waded in to help him.Gallacher is one of six men who were convicted for conspiracy to murder in May 2019.A
