Former TOWIE star Lydia Bright has taken to Instagram to proudly show off the results of her recent facial surgery, having gone under the knife to remove a lump beside her eye.The reality TV favourite, 32, last night posted a candid selfie to her Instagram story, showing off the last remaining stitches and the small amount of bruising left following her operation.
Lydia captioned the photo: "One week post-op, I'm starting to get my cheekbones back. I can't apply skincare or wear makeup at the moment, it frees up time".The blonde beauty added: "So this morning, I made a smoothie, took a few selfies, and I thought I am actually going to walk to the tube station today rather than jumping in an Uber...".
The mother-of-one, who shares three-year-old daughter Loretta with ex-boyfriend Lee Cronin, donned a natural curly hair look for the glowing snap, as well as a pair of dramatic shades worn on top of her golden locks, and a cosy knitted jumper.
