A man has been arrested and charged after a car plunged into a Scots canal last night. Emergency services rushed to an area of Seabegs Road at the junction with Greenhill Road, Bonnybridge in Falkirk, shortly after 9:30pm on Wednesday October, 7, following reports a Mercedes A-class had entered the water.
