Lucy Spraggan says her dramatic weight loss has changed much more than just her appearance. The X Factor star, 28, has lost a staggering amount of weight since she switched up her lifestyle, ditched the booze and started working out.

She showed exactly how far she's come by sharing side by side pictures of herself. In the before image, Lucy had a confused look on her face as she sat on a talk show sofa being interviewed.

She was almost completely covered up in black jeans, a white shirt and a grey long-sleeved jumper. But in the after image, she clearly feels no need to hide beneath her clothing anymore.

Lucy showed off her incredibly toned abs as she posed topless in front of the mirror, covering her breasts with one hand as she snapped
