Lucy Mecklenburgh has shared a stunning photo of the moment she took her baby son Roman home from hospital. The TOWIE star, 28, gave birth to her baby boy, who she shares with her fiancé and Corronation Street star Ryan Thomas, ten days ago.

In the snap, which she shared to Instagram on Monday night, Lucy was seen looking lovingly at Roman while his proud dad carried him out in his car seat.
